Beschreibung

Any relatively modern version of libgcrypt and gpg-error come with a .pc file, so I think it's safe to assume that next release of gwenhywfar would be build against such.

Note that this depends on the https://www.aquamaniac.de/rdm/issues/283 patch (not for functionality but for the diff to match the code)
