First step in adapting to latest API changes in libgcrypt.

Current versions of libgcrypt mark the alternate interface to public keys
as deprecated, so we need to move our code to no longer use that API.

Fortunately, this is quite easy since gwen only used that to store public...

Fixed a problem with GWEN_SYNCIO files on win32.

Open files need to have the status "connected", otherwise AqBanking's
importers will bail out...

This simplifies using virtual functions by providing fallback functions
when a virtual function has not been set.

Let the configure fail if Qt4 is not available, but required by selected gwenhywfar_guis

This hopefully fixes some recurring questions on the mailinglist regarding
build failures due to missing Qt4 build requirements.
