AB_GUI: Restore function pointers upon unlink.

This fixes a segfault in GnuCash which errorneously unlinks one of the GUI
objects in midrun.
That's because Gnucash is using multiple GUI objects and it isn't always clear
which is the active one...

Added support for sub accounts.

HBCI also nows about sub account ids ("Unterkontomerkmal") which is important
with some banks (namely Deutsch Bank). this particular bank provides
multiple accounts with the same bank code and account number but with a
different sub account id. So AqBanking must be able to differentiate between...

Removed argument FILE from all dump functions.

This is the first step in removing dependencies on the console. When
finished we will no longer need a console on WIN32 in windows apps.
