AqBanking

Clean up include directories for out-of-source build.

I don't understand why I had to remove this directory, but previously
"qbanking.h" could not be found. After this change all worked correctly.
In any case $(builddir) is the "." directory when building, anyway, so...

- cppgui: pin cache handling is now safer; a pin is only
taken into the pin cache if there is enough reason to believe
that the pin is valid. This is can easily be verified by
the crypt token (which set the password status by themselves).
It can also be assumed for PIN/TAN if a dialog with the bank...

- really fixed the problem with HKEND in sync job

- added property "ignerrors" to MESSAGE elements in XML files
for AqHBCI. This property now allows for including HKEND
segments in sync jobs while ignoring error codes received
for such segments (NOTE: an error in HKEND can be ignored
since the dialog is closed at that point anyway, but...

- fixed a long outstanding issue: remove -L linker flags when
*.la-files are used

- many fixes for WIN32 platforms
- use avoid-version instead of -omit-version since
only the latter seems to be working as expected
removed complicated dependency handling
(now we no longer compile ressource.res
because it is a pain in the neck to maintain)...

- added file Makefile.cvs to EXTRA_DIST for
convenience
- incremented version number
- added missing GWENHYWFAR_CB decorations
