Adapted plugin description files to latest changes.

Changed I18N handling for plugin description files.

Now we use "po4a" to include translations for plugin descriptions in the
standard *.po files.
With this change all translation is now concentrated in the *.po files.

Fixed a severe bug in ohbci code.

This bug led to a reset of the signature counter.
To fix your keyfile you should call "aqhbci-tool getsysid" to reset your
signature counter at the bank.
This only concerns the counter, not the key.

Major improvement on OHBCI CryptToken file.

Since version 1.8 the OHBCI keyfile can use GWEN_SmallTresor_Encrypt()
to encrypt the keyfile by password.
This function is much safer because the method used to derive a Blowfish
key from a pass phrase is quite costly (in comparison) and hardens the...
