AqBanking6: More work on API simplification.

- aqhbci-tool now uses unique ids when specifying accounts and users,
this makes it easier to unambigously specify those objects.
- user and account handling is now nearly completely done by the backends
(for now only implemented in AqHBCI). AqBanking itself only handles...

More work on API simplification, starting with AqHBCI.

The backends will only load users and accounts when needed, and it will be
the backend only which does the loading.

Therefore we cann kick out the "*_Extent" functions later, and handling
users and accounts becomes more like handling other GWEN_INHERIT-derived...

AqBanking: Added functions AB_Job_GetSessionId() and AB_Job_SetSessionId().

At least AqFinance used to store a session id in the jobs appdata. With
appdata gone we need a place to store that id, and other apps might want
to use that as well, so that particular field was added.
